I design experiences users can trust.

I'm a Senior Product Designer at Microsoft working on AI-powered workforce and enterprise experiences across M365, Viva, and Copilot. Most of my work lives where ambiguity, scale, and people's careers intersect. That's where the interesting design problems are.

I believe trust is a design surface, not a compliance checkbox. The smallest control often does the most work. And in systems that touch millions of people, the right pattern matters more than the right pixel.

How I Approach Design

Trust is a design surface.

In enterprise AI, every inference, default, and control is a trust signal. I design those moments deliberately, not as a compliance afterthought.

The smallest control often does the most work.

A single, well-placed toggle can replace a page of policy. I look for the minimum surface that gives people real agency over what AI does with their data.

Systems thinking beats screen polish at scale.

When a pattern ships across six products, consistency, governance, and shared language matter more than any individual screen. I design the system, then the screen.
